Tzatziki

I recently came back from 10 days in Greece with my family, and I must tell you, Greece does live up to all its hype! The beaches are amazing, we had perfect blue skies every day and the food is fresh and delicious. One of Greek’s staples is Tzatziki, which is a yogurt sauce that can be eaten with almost anything. The kids loved it and I plan to include it as a dip that can be served with baby carrots, grape tomatoes or pita chips/pretzels as part of their lunch or an after-school snack. This recipe is so easy to make and includes only 5 ingredients. Make this dip using Greek yogurt to give it that rich, thick and creamy texture and also for added protein. This recipe can be in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
